Since our formation in 1987, ELITeXPO has become a trusted leader as a shipping and exhibit asset management company dedicated to the trade show and live event industry. Over the past year, we have made strategic plans to ensure our growth well into the future, for both our customers and our employees. To get to that next level would require expanded resources and a highly skilled team capable of managing our growing business at the level that we and you have come to expect.
To achieve this goal, we have joined forces with a strategic partner and have been acquired by Allstates WorldCargo, a leader in customized, expedited logistics solutions. Allstates WorldCargo specializes in the tradeshow vertical, and we are pleased to be joining forces with a company who understands the unique requirements of this industry.
ELITeXPO will continue operating under the same name, with the same team, systems, processes, and points of contact. There are no changes to invoicing, shipment handling, or account management at this time. The daily points of contact you rely on will remain available to you. As owners of the company, my wife Leslie and I are looking forward to seeing what the next chapter of our lives will bring. We are proud to see what we created 39 years ago continue to grow and know all our employees will have growth opportunities with a great company well into the future.
