Pickup of your freight with delivery to destination based on the service level and mode that works best for you. We offer Worldwide Air & Ground Shipping of all types of commodities. Our specialty is with special requirement White Glove, Retail, and Trade Show shipping. We can also ship your materials via exclusive-use air-ride trailers, specialty haulers, straight trucks, or vans with available lift gates, pad & blanket wrap, and load bars. Coast to Coast trucking services as well as trans-border service to and from Canada.

Trade Show Management

OFFICIAL VENDOR SERVICES
We can customize a Show Management Program to increase your service offerings through an exhibit shipping component which creates a residual bottom line benefit through a strategic partnership with ELITeXPO Cargo Systems. We offer attendee bag stuffing services, as well. Knowledgeable, on-site staff can be provided from move-in through move-out. Our shipping app gives our on-site staff instant access to shipment information and allows for a faster response time when shipments are entered from show site.

Storage & Distribution

WAREHOUSING - ASSET MANAGEMENT
ELITeXPO can handle the storage and distribution of your materials. We provide pull and prep services, setup, refurbishing, repair, cleaning, and replacement. On-line ordering and inventory management is available. This system allows you to manage all your orders. It has an order calendar and list view, notes, attachments, order pulling with images, and custom report writing. We catalogue, describe and photograph every item you have in the warehouse for on-line access at any time.

Exclusive Vehicles

We can ship your materials via exclusive-use air-ride trailers, flat beds, straight trucks, vans, or specialty carriers with available lift gates, pad & blanket wrap, and load bars. Coast to coast service as well as trans-border service to and from Canada.

XPOTRAX

Shipments can be tracked at our XPOTRAX.com website or you can call us at 800-543-5484. You can choose to receive automated shipment status notifications via text and/or email, as well. Shipment status notifications can be sent at several points in transit or you can choose to just receive the signature information.

Install & Dismantle

You can book your installation and dismantle services at the same time you set up shipping. We can handle exhibit booth installation & dismantle services at trade show events as well as corporate, retail, and museum installations.

International Shipping

ELITeXPO can ship your freight to and from countries around the world. We have a full network of agents, carriers and local cartage companies that handle all aspects of your international shipments. We can also provide customs brokerage services, if needed. International shipping requires additional paperwork. Additional time should be allotted for regulatory and security compliance.

Expedited Air Freight

ELITeXPO offers expedited air freight shipping services. Expedited air shipments are subject to all regulations of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). This means that you will be asked to fill out additional security paperwork, complete descriptions of package contents and sizes will be required, and all shipments shipped via air are subject to full inspection and cargo screening.

Cargo Insurance

The ELITeXPO All-Risk Cargo Policy is designed to respond to unforeseen accidents or events that occur to goods while in transit. Our insurance offering covers many occurrences that are not covered by standard insurance. In the absence of additional coverage, liability is limited to $0.50 per pound of each piece of the shipment which has been lost, damaged, or destroyed, or $50.00 per shipment, whichever is greater.
